Halloween comes once a year, on 31st October, but this Blue Moon will only come back in many years' time; nineteen, to be precise. This unique occasion only repeats every 19 years on Halloween night; miss it and you'll have to wait till 2039 to gaze at its beauty.

This coming Saturday, on 26th September, 15 contemporary art galleries at the Arts District of Miguel Bombarda feature new exhibits, and the novelty is that these exhibits can be visited from home.

The Brotherhood of the Clérigos celebrated the mark of 5 million visitors and has invited the President of the Republic to play the role of the illustrious "5 million" visitor. The public ceremony, which included the unveiling of a commemorative plaque, concluded with the visit by Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa to the monument, accompanied by the Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira, the Bishop of Porto, D. Manuel Linda, and by the President of the Clérigos Brotherhood, father Manuel Fernando.

The European Week of Sport kicks off today and runs till 30th September, under the motto #BeActive. The Municipality of Porto joins the initiative, alongside other European participating countries. Discover the most amazing facts about bats that most people are not aware of during the "Evenings with Bats" [Noites com Morcegos] initiative, on 25th September. The journey lasts from 7pm to 9pm, guided by the CEA - Environmental Education Centre, at the Gardens of Palácio de Cristal.

Carolina Andrade and Romeu Curto, vocals and guitar, respectively, make up the Duo Rubrum and will take to the stage at Rivoli, on 26th September, at 5pm. This concert is held in partnership with the Curso de Música Silva Monteiro.

The Municipal Vinyl Audio Room of Porto City Hall (Fonoteca Municipal de Vinil da Câmara do Porto- FMP) opens doors on 26th September, between 2pm and 7pm. The facilities, which are part of the Plataforma Campanhã, in the Arda Complex, are a space devoted to appreciating music, audio-visual, sound and the music industry at large, featuring circa 35 thousand vinyl records, both national and international productions, which the public will have the possibility to explore.
