On the 17th of September, Alfândega do Porto will once again host Europe’s largest corporate event dedicated to happiness. The ‘Happiness Camp’ aims to provide an experience in which thousands of participants are reminded of the importance of joy and well-being in the workplace.

The Happiness Camp is designed for professionals seeking to increase their happiness and success at work. In addition to experiencing something different from their daily routine, participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with speakers from major international companies, as well as acquire new tools to help them harness the power of positivity in the workplace.

In this edition, once again organised by Lionesa Business Hub, over 50 speakers from around 40 countries are confirmed, and the event is expected to welcome around 10,000 participants. More than 120 companies will also be present at the Happiness Camp.

Among the speakers who will explore topics such as happiness, leadership, organisational culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, notable names include Nahal Yousefian from Netflix, Kelsey Robb from Google, and Sonya Barlow from the BBC. The guest panel also includes Portuguese names such as Fred Canto e Castro from Seekers, and Marta Bastos dos Santos from Grace.

With the aim of empowering individuals and organisations through education and knowledge sharing, the Happiness Camp is free and accessible to anyone wishing to participate. Those interested simply need to register in advance on the event’s website.
