Campo Alegre Theatre plays host to the II International Gala for Young Dancers from 18th till 19th July, starting at 9.30 pm.
This event is organised by the Associação Cultural Nordança - Companhia, whose main goal is to acknowledge the work carried out by young promising dancers, providing the perfect opportunity to networking and sharing experiences with the focus on dance as a professional activity.
This is the second edition of this Gala and it includes the participation of national and international dance schools and conservatories, namely the International Conservatory of Ballet and Dança Annarella Sanchez (Leiria), Colégio Rainha Santa Isabel (Coimbra), Companhia de Dança do Algarve, Conservatório de Dança do Vale do Sousa (Paredes), Escola de Dança de Ermesinde, Escola Domus Dança, Centro de Dança do Porto e Ent'Artes - Escola de Dança (Braga); Victor Ullate Fundación Ballet (Madrid), Conservatorio Superior de Danza María de Ávila (Madrid) e Conservatorio Profesional de Danza de Novelda (Novelda).
Dancers Sérgio Bernal, Salvatore Manzo and Claudia d'Antonio take part in this event as special guests.
