The House Museum Marta Ortigão Sampaio collection features abundant and eclectic artwork and objects from different latitudes, namely, furniture, jewellery, weapons, flower vases, just to mention a few.

The Museum has selected 10 objects to provide visitors with a free ride on different cultures and traditions. As such, one can admire both a German and a Portuguese flower vase, an American revolver, a French boudoir, a Chinese teapot or an English longcase clock.

Each object leads to a journey through a different country and respective culture.

You are welcome to show up at House Museum Marta Ortigão Sampaio, on 12 October, at 3 pm. The ride is free, but subject to prior registration.

This event is held in the framework of the Year of European Cultural Heritage Cycle.
