Creative community in the city of Porto

Ténis do Parque de Serralves hosts CLAB - Creative Lab, an annual event devoted to innovation, knowledge, art and creative industries.

Entrance is free but prior registration is required.

This year kicks off with the conference themed "Idealism and Pragmatism", by Brazilian artist Muti Randolph. Also, representatives of FAHR 021.3 and Bio Boards, two startups from Porto and Porto Design Factory will speak at the conference, which starts at 5 pm.

This event comprises a debate on "Creative Ecosystems", musical entertainment and the announcement of the winners of the Creative Industries National Award. 

Future trends and business models are the main topics under debate that aims at "transforming both local reality and the world", according to the organisation.

CLAB is promoted by Unicer jointly with Serralves Foundation, partner entities in the Creative Industries National Award.

The awarded project will be representing Portugal at Creative Business Cup, a creative economy global competition that each year takes place in November in Copenhagen.
