Porto is second best destination for culture in 2019

"Start planning your next big trip for 2019"! This is Culture Trip's advice to the New Year and New Beginnings. Don't get tangled in all the apps and deals social media offers you.

In the 12 shortlist Best Destinations for culture in 2019, Porto is second only to Oaxaca City, in México.

Also, Momondo, a travel fare metasearch engine as elected Porto as the Most Economic Destination to enter the New Year, stating that "Avenida dos Aliados in Porto is a true classic of for New Year celebrations in Portugal with lots of activities set for the most special evening of the 2018".

Recently, Porto entered the Top 100 City Destinations 2018 ranking report, covering the world's leading cities ranked by international tourist arrivals, rising 42 positions in the ranking since 2012.
