ScaleUp Porto. launches free online training on organizational culture

ScaleUp Porto. continues to promote masterclasses targeted at entrepreneurs and professionals that work mainly in technological based companies, but no won the webinar format.

The next masterclass is themed "Creating a high-performance organizational culture", takes place on 24th March, at 9.30am.

During this two hour conversation, the Porto Innovation Hub invited speaker will share with participants how to promote a strong and solid organizational culture, in order to get a successful individual performance at professional level, with great collective results.

Rui Marques is the co-founder of several companies, namely "Olhares" (2003 - currently is part of the Group Impresa), 7Graus (2005), Nex (2010) and 7Skin (2016).

One of the main goals of this entrepreneur is to cause a positive impact on people's lives, by mirroring this mantra in his leadership type.

The 7Graus is a leadership company in the field of content creation and online distribution. This company was also elected one of the best in the country to work.

This session is part of the Learn2Lead movement, which was created with the goal of establishing in Porto a knowledge sharing forum, and thus contribute to development of the human capital of the city and share new ways of working. This way the organizational culture is aligned with the global reality.
