ScaleUp Porto Platform is now inviting applications for entrepreneurship incentives

In the framework of the ScaleUp Porto strategy, the municipality invites the entrepreneurial community to develop activities that contribute to a more active and dynamic ecosystem within the city. 

Porto City Hall wants to revamp economic development programmes. The municipality entrepreneurial stimulus package intends to potentially stimulate existing business activities or create successful new businesses that will allow the community to engage in economic development.

The call for applications, launched today by Porto City Hall, is open to legal entities, foreign or domestic, based or with a branch office in the municipality of Porto, can be accessed on the www.scaleupporto.pt/open-call platform.

Applications will run until March 31, 2017. Upon submission and deadline, the jury will decide, based on the positive impact that the company will have on the community's economic health.

The winning projects will be announced by the end of April.
