Workshops at no charge for merchants in Porto

Like last year, Porto city Hall is hosting business development training courses for the trading industry in the city of Porto.

The main goal of such initiative is to promote capacity building of traders and merchants in Porto in a number of fields such as commercial Spanish (beginners level); Commercial English (intermediate level); Positive psychology in customer service; Shop windows; Shop window displays; Safe trade (PSP); Image of the company and the product; customer loyalty; Online presence management; In-store organization and products; Creativity in business management and Facebook management.

These Workshops will take place in March and June, at the Municipal Department of Trade and Tourism (Rua de Antero Quental, 367), for those interested in learning about business.

The workshops are free of charge.
