10th Edition of Green Project Awards acknowledges the best national projects towards sustainability

The winners of the 2018 edition of the Green Project Awards will be announced on 12 January, at Customs of Porto. This event is organised jointly by Porto City Hall and Lipor.

The 74 finalist projects focus on three main categories and are synonymous with innovation and the promotion of good environmental practices in favour of the sustainable development of the country.

The Green Project Awards (GPA) initiative acknowledges the best practices in projects that boost sustainable development and reward the most innovative plans in the area of environmental sustainability.

This action started in 2008 and has since acknowledged over 120 projects, creating foundations for sustainable development, and mobilising civil society, young people and companies on the sustainability agenda.

The winners will be announced at the V GPA'17 Conference, devoted to the topic "Citizenship and the Future of Sustainability", due to take place on the same day and venue.
