Delicacies, children entertainment and physical activity, as well as dances and music from across the Atlantic will shake things up on 8 September, at Cordoaria, in the context of Brazil's Day in Porto.
Every year, Brazil celebrates its declaration of independence of Portugal, signed on 7 September 1822. This is the second time this event is marked in the Invicta, where thousands of Brazilians reside.
In 2019, this date will be marked by times of feasting, from noon until 9pm, at Garden of João Chagas, aka Cordoaria Garden, on 8 September.
Participants are sure to get to know the Brazilian culture, in a festive atmosphere.
The event, organised by the Association Batucada Radical, is access free and relies with the support of Porto City Hall, via PortoLazer.
