Eat your vegetables at Bolhão Temporary Market this Saturday!

A new year begins and with it, the afresh resolutions we are all determined to follow.
It is taken for granted that children do not particularly appreciate vegetables; so, Bolhão Temporary Market is engaged in changing this mind-set by teaching families how to eat healthy. 

First, because Bolhão always offers the best options when it comes to fruits and vegetables, being the iconic fresh market in Porto; second, because it is important to eat healthily.

The "Saturdays at the Market" initiative is held, as usual, at 11am and always on the second Saturday of the month.

On 11 January, children will be able to learn that, after all, they do like vegetables. Parents and children are invited to prepare a delicious vegetables's pizza in a fun and creative way.

This workshop is oriented by teacher Marta Quintas of the Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotel Studies.

The event is participation free, but prior registration is mandatory.
