The first Saturday of this month of April offers Bolhão' visitors not one, but two Chefs to give visitors and customers a taste of various forms of cookery.

Starting at 11am, the Bolhão Market hosts Chef José Eduardo Abreu of the Restaurant Vela Atlântico, and he brings along a guest, Chef Rosana da Hora.

Fusion food combines different cuisines of a region or sub-region and has become popular in many parts of the world.

This Saturday the Chefs will offer dishes that are inspired combinations of the Portuguese and the Brazilian cuisines, including "dadinhos de tapioca com molho agridoce" or "bacalhau espiritual e cocada de forno".

Do you want to taste them? Visit the Bolhão Market and attend the showcooking, which is jointly organised with the Higher School of Hotel Management and Tourism (ESHT).

It is worth mentioning that Chef José Eduardo Abreu, from Porto, has worked with the best in the industry, namely Jamie Oliver, Nuno Mendes and Nobu Matsuhisa.

Entry is free and no prior registration is required.
