International Conference in Porto to debate green infrastructure for cities

Sustainable cities, built on nature-based solutions is the topic of the IGICPORTO 2018 - The International Conference on Green Infrastructure, to be held in Porto on 24 and 25 May at Almeida Garrett Municipal Library.

This cross-disciplinary event is organised by Porto City Hall and the National Association of Green Roofs.

The meeting will bring together urban planners, landscapers, geologists and agronomists and political decision-makers, of different nationalities, to assess green infrastructure in an urban context.

This will be an occasion for professionals to network and to share research results in this relevant area.

The project "Quinto Alçado", will be showcased as part of Porto strategy as a green roof city.
