Luís Nacht Quartet starts Porta-Jazz concerts New Season

The Porta-Jazz headquarters association features concerts every
Saturday afternoons and evenings, starting 7 October.

Following the "Jazz ao relento" initiative, ("Verão é no
Porto" Programme) and "Jazz ao Por do Sol" (Porto Book Fair), the city of Porto
resumes jazz concerts happening on the 4th floor of 168, Avenida dos Aliados.

Porta-Jazz headquarters recommences the usual presentation
of Saturday's shows, divided into two parts: one show at 7 pm and another one
at 10 pm.

The first concert of the month features Luís Nacht Quartet,
with Luís Nacht on the saxophone, Patricio Carposi on the guitar, Demian Cabaud
on bass and Marcos Cavaleiro on the drums.

Luís Nacht, reputed Argentinian musician, has played all
over Europe for over twenty years now.

"La Incertidumbre" is his most recent work. He has
played with reputed musicians like Horacio Fumero, Toma's Gubitsch, Tony
Malaby, Guillermo Klein, Bruno Chevillon, Fernando Otero and many others.

There is a suggested basic donation of five euros (three
euros for Porta-Jazz members) for each concert.

Open doors twenty minutes before the beginning of the show. This
event is sponsored by the municipality of Porto.
