North Music Festival line-up advances American alternative band Deftones

The fourth edition of North Music Festival is back to welcome the best of rock and indie in Porto. A festival targeted at all tastes and age groups, the North Music features renowned artists of national and international reputation.

The North Music Festival 2020, known for its unparalleled line-up,s is set to happen on 22 and 23 May, at the Customs Building in Porto, in the fantastic scenery of river Douro and the Historical Centre.

This is the perfect occasion to enjoy the best acts by Deftones and The Script.

The American alternative metal band formed in Sacramento, California will head the programming on 22 May 2020, the first day of the North Music Festival in the city of Porto.

Chino Moreno (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Stephen Carpenter (lead guitar), Abe Cunningham (drums) and Dominic Garcia (bass) will take the stage at the Invicta. The band released Diamond Eyes and Koi No Yokan in 2010 and 2012 respectively. Their latest release, titled Gore, was released in 2016.

The Irish band The Script will head to Porto the second day of the festival, taking their biggest hits to the stage, namely "Hall of Fame", "Superheroes", "The Man Who Can't Be Moved" and "For the First Time", as well as the "Sunsets & Full Moons" album, to be released on 8th November 2019 and whose single hit "The Last Time" is taking to the top British charts.
