Purchased tickets for NOS Primavera Sound 2020 are valid for the 2021 edition

The 9th edition of NOS Primavera Sound would have been full swing this week, at Porto City Park, between 10th and 12th June. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, the festival is a no go and purchased tickets must be exchanged for the coming festival's edition in 2021, to guarantee entry at the festival. 

In a released statement, the organization indicated that "ticket holders for NOS Primavera Sound 2020 will be admitted to the 2021 edition, but it is mandatory that tickets are exchanged for a valid ticket for next year's Nos Primavera Sound.

Tickets' exchanges are to be done in the place where the tickets were purchased, starting the day of the ticket sales opening for 2021 till 31st December 2020; this exchange has no cost whatsoever, according to Pic-Nic Produções.

Those who are not able to attend NOS Primavera Sound 2021 can, in turn, ask for ticket refund between 15th and 30th June 2021. Refund payments will take place in the following month of July, between 1st and 15th July.

The organization also states that all the ticketing matters could only be clarified after receiving "all government indications".
