Resident company Estrutura in Porto conducts vocational training in theatre in the context of the Criatório Programme

The creative artistic initiative, themed Recurso started to be implemented in the city of Porto.
This action is supported by Porto City Hall, in the context of the Criatório Programme. This is a project in the area of theatre training, promoted by Estrutura, which is a resident company of Campo Alegre Theatre, within the Campo Aberto agenda of Porto Municipal Theatre. 

The process of the selection and organization of participants was held in January, and 14 participants were chosen to take part in seminars and work labs in order to design a final project with public viewing in September 2018.

The vocational theatre training runs from March to September at the mala voadora premises, and it includes a set of theoretical and practical modules till July, followed by the development of collective projects in August and September. This process will culminate with public viewing.

This is the second edition of the Criatório, aimed at supporting contemporary artistic creation by awarding 15 thousand euros grants to 16 projects, in the fields of visual arts and curatorship, performing arts and programming, composition, musical performance, literature and essays.
