Showcooking at Bolhão Temporary Market features lemon pie special dessert

Bolhão Temporary Market resumes showcooking events on the first Saturday of every month, starting on 5 January.
The professional cook to make anyone's mouth water this month is Pedro Braga. 

The "Chef no Bolhão" initiative is part of the municipal programme "Sábados no Mercado", which offers Bolhão Temporary Market's traders, clients and visitors different activities each Saturday of every month.

On 5 January, Chef Pedro Braga will teach how to cook the lemon pie special dessert.

This event is organised by the "Gabinete do Mercado do Bolhão" [Bolhão Market Office, free translation].
