How cool is this, sitting alfresco and watching a movie with family and friends in beautiful and unusual locations, and getting the definitive outdoor open air cinema experience, which the Municipality of Porto has prepared this August.

It is just like recreating the whole "drive-in" experience, but better as the 20th edition of the "Cinema Fora de Sítio" features the free screening of movies, of every kind for every taste and age, and still offers free facial paintings and ice cream before the beginning of each session.

So, this weekend this event concludes and presents the two last sessions; namely, "Capt'n Sharky", an action/adventure movie, by Hubert Weiland and Jan Stoltz, at Parque da Pasteleira, on Friday, 30 August, and "Dark Phoenix", the 2019 sci-fi/action movie by Simon Kinberg, at Largo do Amor de Perdição, on 31 August.

Both sessions start at 10pm.

Access is free and there are 400 places regarding seating capacity for each session, according to the rule "first come first served". The front row is reserved for the younger age audience, where puff cushions will get them more comfortable.

Do enjoy your movie!
