Chef Ricardo Faria, from the Kyoto Restaurant in Downtown Porto, will get you involved in preparing sushi, starting at 11 am, at the Bolhão Temporary Market.

If you're interested in learning how to create beautiful and delicious sushi and Japanese dishes, the Bolhão Market is the place to be, on 2 March. And guess what? These tutorials are entirely free.

Those who have developed a love for ceviche, sushi and sashimi ca rely on the guidance of a professional to learn how to prepare an excellent meal.

As usual, the first Saturday of each month features the "Chef no Bolhão" initiative to showcase both national and international gastronomy.

This Saturday, the journey is all about Asian dishes.

Entrance is free and no registration is required.
