Unique and exclusive gourmet lunch cooked for you at Bolhão Temporary Market

Check out the delicious showcooking event that Bolhão Temporary Market has in store for you this Saturday, starting at 11am. Entrance is free.

The "Chef no Bolhão" initiative is part of the municipal programme "Sábados no Mercado", which offers Bolhão Temporary Market's traders, clients and visitors different activities each Saturday of every month.

Chef Carlos Torres, of the eLeBê Group will cook your meal in front of you, giving you some explanations about the dishes, ingredients and techniques used. He will make your mouth water with his "Marron with mushroom filling", dressed up with a plethora of fresh vegetables from the Bolhão market.

The main dish is "Atlantic grouper", wrapped in a recipe as traditional as delicious: Rice of the Sea.

Entrance to the event is free, and prior registration is not necessary.

The Bolhão Temporary Market is located about 200 metres of the traditional Bolhão, at Rua de Fernandes Tomás, 506/508 (Shopping Centre La Vie, in Downtown Porto).
