Violinist Bruno Monteiro from Porto to perform in Israel

Violinist Bruno Monteiro from Porto will perform at the International Music Festival Felicja Blumental, in Telavive, Israel.
The violin recital by Bruno Monteiro will take place on 28 March, at the Gallery, Mizne-Blumental Collection, in the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, at 7.30pm. 

The recital will be accompanied by piano by Robert Markham (United Kingdom), and the repertoire includes W. A. Mozart - Sonata for Violin and Piano in G Major K.301, L. de Freitas Branco - Sonata No. 1 for Violin and Piano, E. Elgar - Sonata for Violin and Piano in E Minor Op. 82, J. Williams - Fiddler on the Roof Fantasy.

Bruno Monteiro was born in Porto and his debut performance was in Rivoli Municipal Theatre. The violinist has performed all over Europe, Asia and the USA.

It is worth highlighting his performances at the Musikverein, in Viena and at Carnegie Hall, in New York.

He is a multi-awarded musician and his CD "Szymanowski - Obra Completa para Violino e Piano" was spotlighted by Forbes.
