Wine Essence annual event kicks off on 22 February at the Stock Exchange Palace in Porto

The Wine Essence event has become a tradition in Portugal and it will run from 22 to 25 February at the Stock Exchange Palace in the city of Porto.

This wine event gathers about 3000 wines from 400 producers from the entire country and the inescapable "Top 10 Portuguese Wines" tasting that will be assessed by experts from different nationalities.

According to the organisation, this will be the occasion to bring together "over one hundred wine experts and importers from several countries who will be able to network directly with the producers to encourage new business opportunities and to foster Portuguese wine prestige in their respective markets".

The wine trade fair will be attended by Wine experts from countries such as the United States, Russia, Poland, Brazil, South Korea, Spain, England, France and Denmark.

The full programme includes a food court, enlivened by Michelin Chefs and wine pairing with tapas.
Tickets for the event "Wine Essence" can be purchased online till the 21st February or at the venue.
