Best Book Design from all over the World includes book from Porto City Hall

The "Quatro Elementos" exhibition catalogue, by Porto City Hall and designed by Pedro Nora, was selected to take part in the international annual competition "Best Book Design from all over the World". The Quatro Elementos exhibition was organised by Porto City Hall and it was curated by Ana Luísa Amaral (Water), Eduarda Neves (Earth), Pedro Faro (Fire) and Nuno Faria (Air).

Porto Busker Fest offers street performances Downtown

Porto Busker Fest is held every weekend this August in the Invicta to offer street shows all over improvised stages Downtown Porto. National and foreign artists will entertain the public for donations, offering music, theatre, dance, and juggling performances.

Celebrating cultural diversity in Porto with the International Folk Festival

Italy, Mexico, Spain, Russia, Georgia, France, Slovakia and Portugal are the countries taking part in the International Folklore Festival, which began last weekend and runs till 29 July, in the city of Porto. More than 250 participants will showcase the heritage and culture of eight countries, with performances throughout town, namely Trindade Metro Station, Quinta de São Romão, the Social Centre of Sé, the Garden of Arca d'Água or the Gomes Teixeira Square.
