87 exhibitors feature their activities at Porto Book Fair

Porto Book Fair received 87 valid applications for the 2019 edition, totalising 130 pavilions. The Literary event is back to the Gardens of Palácio de Cristal from 6 to 22 September, and its main goal is to promote books, cultural and recreational initiatives to suit all tastes.

The application period ended on 3 July and participation in the fair was open to publishers, booksellers, distributors, used bookstores, national and international entities. The result is that the Fair will feature 9 bookshops, 46 publishing houses, 21 used bookstores and 6 distributors, plus 5 institutional presences.

Porto Book Fair main goal is to promote books, cultural and recreational initiatives to suit all tastes.

This year, Porto Book Fair will honour essayist Eduardo Lourenço, and Nuno Artur Silva is the Fair's Commissioner.
