Air Canada announces Porto - Toronto as of 29th March

Air Canada announced its offering of direct flights between Porto and the Canadian Province of Ontario, home to Ontario's capital, Toronto. The new service of Air Canada Rouge will be operated by the Boeing 767-300ER, delivering four weekly flights, starting this 29th March. 

All flights allow Mileage accrual Terms and conditions under the Aeroplan Frequent flyer programme, Star Alliance mutual benefits and for eligible passengers, priority check-in, access to the Maple Leaf Lounge at the Montreal Hub, fast-lane access and other benefits.

The Boeing 767-300 that operates the Air Canada Rouge new route Porto-Toronto offers 24 Premium Rouge seats in Business Class and 258 Economy Class seats.

This path taken by Air Canada is one which other airliners have taken, regarding direct flight connection to Porto, namely TAP, Emirates, Finnair, Air France, Volotea, Wizz Air, RyanAir and EsayJet, confirming Porto Airport as a most viable and competitive airport.
