Chef Nuno Queiroz Ribeiro is a Melting Gastronomy Summit curator

Chef Nuno Queiroz Ribeiro, from Prochef Agency is the only Portuguese curator to participate in the Melting Gastronomy Summit, to take place in Porto, between 14th and 16th November at the Customs Building Congress Centre.

Queiroz Ribeiro, who represents Portugal in the World Health Organisation, will curate the panel "Consciências" ["Awareness", free translation], in the framework of the Melting Gastronomy Summit, where we will discuss food habits, on 15th November, at 9.30am.

For three full days, it will be possible to have a taste of all the exquisite food prepared by chefs from all around the globe. The event will also feature Portuguese products, culinary get together, live cooking, tastings, books and movies about food!

Bolhão Market is joining the event, showcasing its presence with its traditional stalls and sellers.

This non-profit event is organised by the Association for the Promotion of Gastronomy, Wine, Regional products and Biodiversity (AGAVI) and the aim is to promote and disseminate what our country has best by "betting on internationalisation, innovation, and agrifood entrepreneurship.
