Manifest Destiny, by Emily Lukasewski goes on stage at Campo Alegre Café-Teatro, on 8 June, at 9pm. This is a premiere of Palcos Instáveis, jointly with Companhia Instável.

These are the guidelines: if someone's body can be considered his7her own territory, then the Imperial era has not ended still.

In the aftermath of events such as #MeToo, which that literally floof social networks, where the aggressor, reckless and clumsy, is but playing his/her ancestral role: the domination of "other man's land and territory".

World Powers play a dominant role in current society, and the individual is, concurrently, playing his own dominance game.

Emily Lukasewski graduated in Dance by the Columbia College Chicago and holds a master degree on Fine Arts by the Smith College. Her work is renowned for its bold performances, explosive creations and highly emotional Drama and theatricality.

In 2009, she founded the Laboratory Dancers, a collective of experimental art, with over 30 original performances all over the United States.
