Porto Puppet Theatre takes us to Wonderland

Teatro de Marionetas do Porto - Puppet Theatre of Porto (TMP) brightens everyone's day with free online stage performances.
The spring season invites to selfcare moments, and this time at home. There are performances for free viewing at the Puppet Theatre of Porto Facebook and on Instagram till 28th June.
Puppet Theatre shows feature works from Beckett or João Paulo Seara Cardoso, the founder of the company.
Today, the TMP presents the story "Wonderland", a popular story - Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll - just this time, we are the ones who dream what Alice dreamt. Up for the adventure? We are too.
The viewing of the performance runs from 8th to 12th April. It can also be revisited later on.
"WONDERLAND is Alice's dream dreamt by us. We go along with her, walking through the bright forest, full of fears and secrets, we invent paths that were not there before and we leave Alice lost. When Alice asks the cat: "Which way I ought to go from here?" the Cat answers: "That depends a good deal on where you want to get to."
Besides these online performances the TMP invites for a virtual visit to the Museum of Puppets of Porto, where objects and materials that show a little bit about the history of the company.
