São Silvestre Race is held on 30 December and marks its silver jubilee

S. Silvestre in Porto will be held on 30 December, and the starting pistol is set for 6 pm.
This is the 25th edition of the race that marks its silver jubilee. Also, winners of previous races will be honoured during the event. 

Arrival and departure are at Avenida dos Aliados.

This competition gathers the largest number of participants in the country and it is one of the oldest races in Portugal.

The competition comprises two distances: 10 km and the 5 km walk with non-competitive purposes.
