Special Children's Day at Porto Planetarium

Porto Planetarium - Living Science Centre set up a special activity to celebrate Children's Day! As such, all families are invited to show up at Porto Planetarium and watch the immersive film for children "Há Formas no Espaço" ["There are shapes in Space", free translation] and enjoy a good time.

This immersive film was produced by Porto Planetarium for the younger ones to take on a journey through the Solar System and to exploit the shape of celestial bodies. Children will help establish the course of this very special "spaceship".

PROGRAMME

3pm, 4pm and 5pm - Premiere of the immersive film "Há Formas no Espaço"

Concurrent activities at the Planetarium (from 2.30pm till 6pm) include the following sessions: "Create your own Constellations", "The Solar System and its Scale" and "The Solar System Game".

This whole initiative is aimed at children from 3 to 7 years old, accompanied by an adult (when the number of children attending is 3 or more there have to be two accompanying adults).

Activities are free but registration is mandatory and subject to place availability (70 seats per session).
