The dance piece "Urna", by Camilla Morello, takes to the stage at Theatre Campo Alegre, on 7th February, at 9pm.

Actress Camilla Morello presents her solo performance "Urna", to stimulate debate on the relationship between the human being and his/her social identity, and also on the overestimation of conscious and the body as an objectified product.

"How is it that a socially and culturally informed individual deconstructs itself after entering the loop of his/her blind beliefs?"; this is the starting point of this production by the Company Palcos Instáveis, and joint production by Companhia Instável.

Camilla Morello has a degree in Acting by the Scuola Nazionale di Cinema, in Rome. She also graduated in Anthropology by the Universidade La Sapienza, in Rome.

In Paris, Camilla studied with Jean-Paul Denizon and at the University Paris 8. In Portugal, she took workshops by João Fiadeiro, Francisco Camacho, Vera Mantero, Thomas Hauert, Miguel Pereira, Sergi Fäustino, just to mention a few, and the biennial Dance-Theatre degree by Olga Roriz.

Camilla also worked with Miguel Moreira, Tamara Cubas, Miguel Pereira, Catarina Câmara, Lucía Nacht and Maurícia Neves.
