UNITE with Tomorrowland in Porto 

Porto celebrates 15 years of Tomorrowland! Come and join us at and the will be celebrated in Porto with Martin Solveig, Robin Schulz and Carnage. Tomorrowland debuts in Portugal, in the city of Porto on 27 July at the Oriental Park of Porto. 

 

This event, known as Unite with Tomorrowland is aimed at bringing together all the fans of the festival and of electronic music, at global level, who will gather in a world of magic and an out-of-this-world atmosphere.

The festival features the biggest names in dance music, namely EDM, house, techno, hardstyle and The Amicorum Spectaculum. The festival also features stages that look like prototypes of Dubai theme parks, fireworks, dwarves, mushrooms and helicopters.

All this you can expect to find at Park Oriental, in Porto with live broadcasting from the main stage in Belgium, which marks 15 years of the festival.

In Portugal, the event is co-produced by UAU and PEV Entertainment, with the support of Porto City Hall, via PortoLazer.

The Electric Festival at Pasteleira Park

The Festival Eléctrico runs at Pasteleira Park this weekend, starting on 26, 27 and 28 July.

This is a family event as families, children and youth are most welcome to the festival, with the festival focusing on the close contact with nature and open air activities. There will be yoga and meditation classes, an art fair, installations, a billboard exhibit, and a children oriented lounge.

This event is part of the "Verão é no Porto" Municipal Programme ["Summer is in Porto", free translation] and the line-up is as ambitious as ever, filled with renowned and acclaimed artists of the electric music scene, namely Apollonia, D'Julz, Diana Oliveira, Helena Guedes, Inner City (live), Janus Rasmussen aka Kiasmos (live), João Dinis, João Tenreiro, Kerri Chandler, Maayan Nidam (live), Magazino, Maria Gambina, Marcel Dettmann, Matthew Herbert, Moodymann, Levon Vincent, Petre Inspirescu, Rui Vargas, Theo Parrish, Tiago Carvalho and Vasco Valente.

Superheroes Night Race in the City Park of Porto

This year's theme for the Night Race in the City Park of Porto is all about superheroes and comic books.

It is Night Race in the Park, an annual event that features a side of fantasy, as the goal is to combine sports and fun, so it will be normal if you come across Wonder Woman, Batman, Captain Marvel or Thor at the City Park, on 27 July, around 9.30pm.

This is an 8K race and both the starting point and the finish line will be located near the Queimódromo, with the starting pistol scheduled for 9.30pm.

This event is organised by Runporto and with the support of Porto Lazer. It is open to participants of all ages, even though there are rules that should be followed.

The aftermath of the race is set to take place in a lounge and leisure area, where participants can share their experience and relax.

All participants are eligible to win a trip to Euro Disney, in Paris. Regarding runner awards, they're as follows:
