World experts on Respiratory Health will meet in Porto in 2018

Porto will play host to the 9th International Primary Care Respiratory Group (IPCRG) from 31 May to 2 June. This organisation gives itself the task of "raising the standards of respiratory care" of the global community. The 1st Ibero-American Conference on Primary Health Care will also be held as part of this International Conference.

Porto hosts Bea World Festival in November

Over 500 representatives of the event industry from many dozens of countries take part in the Bea World Festival 2017, to be held in Porto from 15 to 18 November. After eleven editions targeted only to Europe, the initiative has gone global this year, with several projects from different continents competing for Bea (Best Events Awards) World, and Porto is the city chosen to embrace this challenge.

Portugal Fashion lines up in Porto from 19 to 21 October

The spring/summer 2018 collection brings acknowledged designers, new talent and national brands to the city of Porto, 19 and 20 October. This is the 41st edition of Portugal Fashion. The event is to take place in several spaces through town, including The Tramway Museum, Porto Customs House, Cais Novo and the former Industrial Abbatoir, which has been deactivated and is being rebuilt; here fashion meets Street Art.

The Warm Up Programme of International Music Conference TCT - Tomorrow Comes Today, kick starts today, 12 October with Emmy Curl. This event will be held in Porto, next year.

Fado Experience at Quinta da Bonjóia

The cultural event "Serões da Bonjóia" will feature a fado session under the Arts Cycle. The Fado Porto Club will perform at Quinta da Bonjóia, 12 October starting at 9.15 pm. The entrance is free.

Porto delivers top performer criteria to host EMA

The Portuguese application to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) is among the most eligible applications, with Porto ranking among the five "top performer" cities, regarding key criteria for selection. Further to the European Commission's assurance that the Portuguese application gathers the necessary requirements, this independent study reaffirms that Porto is able to host EMA.

MODtissimo celebrates golden jubilee Edition

The fiftieth Edition of MODtissimo starts today, 3 October and it will run until tomorrow, 4 October at the Customs Building. The trade fair gathers both national and international apparel industry of fabric and accessory manufacturers. This year the event is part of Porto Fashion Week 10th edition, which started 28 September.
