The Municipal Programme "Days with Energy" invites everyone to free sessions of Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi, on 25th January, at the Municipal Pavilion Fontes Pereira de Melo, from 9am until 12pm.

The 9th edition of Porto City Race pedestrian orienteering competition is back this May. Registrations are now open for this competition scheduled for 22, 23 and 24 May 2020.

The municipal programme "Domingos em Forma" ["Fit Sundays", free translation] is held twice a month, every first and third Sunday of each month. The next session is on 19th January at the Parque Oriental, in Campanhã, between 10am and 11am. Participation is free.

The last challenge of the year in Porto, the S. Silvestre Race gathered over 17 thousand participants, both in the 10 km race and in the 5 km walk. Debut runner to S. Silvestre in the Invicta, the Spanish athlete Alejandro Fernández won gold by completing the race in 29m53s. The fastest female participant was Mónica Silva, with the time of 35m17s.

Race cars that changed motorsport and the automotive industry debuted in the Invicta this past Friday, in the framewok of the Rallyspirit. The highlight of the evening was the arrival of the 100 participant race cars to Aliados Avenue, where they were on display till the Saturday race.
