Porto University (U.Porto) is the holder of UNESCO Chair for environmental protection of projects in Africa, as announced in U.Porto news website. Brussels approves Porto application to host a Europe Direct Centre

The European Commission has approved the application submitted by Porto Municipality to host a Europe Direct Centre, for the period 2018-2020. Porto City Hall has put forward a working programme under the motto "Europe close to all" and will therefore, continue to be the host institution of the European Information Centre, which comprises all the municipalities of the Porto Metropolitan area.

For the sixth year running, Porto Business School not only remains at the top of the tables but it is also the only Portuguese school to gain three ranking positions, as stated by the latest European Business Schools Rankings.
