The conference cycle themed "Modos de Ocupar", curated and moderated by Pedro Santos Guerreiro starts at 7pm, at Rivoli, and will debate the state of culture amid the ongoing pandemic. The Mayor of Porto is among the guest speakers.

The Municipal Vinyl Audio Room of Porto City Hall (Fonoteca Municipal de Vinil da Câmara do Porto- FMP) opens doors on 26th September, between 2pm and 7pm. The facilities, which are part of the Plataforma Campanhã, in the Arda Complex, are a space devoted to appreciating music, audio-visual, sound and the music industry at large, featuring circa 35 thousand vinyl records, both national and international productions, which the public will have the possibility to explore.

Once again, puppets are brought to life, objects and matter, but this year, this edition is one to "challenge the audiences to rethink the world and things in a different perspective, in order to rediscover our old and undeterred humankind". FIMP kicks off on 9th October.

The Invicta still longs for the magnificent building that once stood as the Palácio de Cristal, which names the place where now stands the Super Bock Arena- Pavilhão Rosa Mota. Since then, it is one of the most sought for sites in Porto, with its splendid viewpoints overlooking the river Douro or for a nice walk under the Linden Avenue, the 'Avenida das Tílias', which is a privileged space of Porto Book fair, organised by Porto City Hall, and where renowned figures of the Arts are honoured...

Porto Municipal Gallery features two exhibitions that are access free: "Prémio Paulo Cunha e Silva -- 2.nd edition" and "Waves and Whirlpools". Operating hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, between 10am and 6pm.

Porto Customs inaugurated quite the vibrant set of exhibitions, as visitors are presented with the digital immersive experience of the artwork by two renowned world class painters - Klimt and Monet. The exhibit features holograms and 360 degree view projections of paintings by these iconic painters of the first two decades of the 20th century. Entrance is free to children up to five years old.

European Heritage Days are commemorated on 25th, 26th and 27th September all over Europe and Porto is no exception, with an array of activities that provide access to unique sites and monuments. This is that gem opportunity not only to enjoy free visits to rarely visited sites, as they are often closed to the public, but also to know the city's heritage culture.

Serralves Museum features a cinema cycle devoted to the artwork by the Japanese-American Conceptual and Performance Artist and musician Yoko Ono, with the screening of seven short-films and the long-film "Imagine", on 19th and 20th September, respectively. This cinema cycle is held in the framework of the exhibition "The Learning Garden of Freedom" by Yoko Ono, which inaugurated last May, and will be on show at the Serralves Museum of Contemporary Art till 15th November.

"A Vida Vai Engolir-vos" is the theme of the marathon show at the Teatro Municipal do Porto (TMP), which means something like "Life Will Swallow You Up", brings back the long theatrical performance to the stages of Rivoli, First Half, on 17th and 19th September, Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 3pm, and the Second Half, at Theatre Nacional São João, on 18th and 19th September, at 8.30pm, respectively.

Rui Moreira announced, during the live broadcasting of the talk with Nuno Faria, for Radio Estação, that the next author to be honoured at Porto Book Fair, in 2021, will be Júlio Dinis, a nineteenth century writer of Porto, who died at the young age of 31 of tuberculosis, which is the reason why some of its works were published posthumously.
