British band Echo & The Bunnymen will perform in Portugal next February, and the gig in Porto is already scheduled for 9th February, at the Hard Club, as stated by the promoter At The Rollercoaster.

Adão da Fonseca is the winner of 2018 Civil Engineering Excellence Awards

Toolkit for Start-up investment made in Porto

Professor of the University of Porto is appointed Associate Editor of the best Industrial Engineering publication

Professor of the Department of Electrotechnical Engineering and Computers of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), and researcher at the INESC TEC, João Catalão, was recently appointed Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (TII), the best Industrial Engineering publication, according to ISI Web of Science.

Designer from Porto gets two silver awards at the Pentawards 2018

The Professor of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (FBAUP), the designer Eduardo Aires, was awarded two silver Pentawards in 2018. Aires was recognised by his work on male care packaging for the brand Musgo Real and also by his work "Luxury - Fine Wines and Champagne", developed on Port Wine packaging celebrating Taylor's Fladgate Partnership 325th anniversary.

Made in U.Porto technology wins AuxDefense 2018 Innovation Prize
