Port Wine Museum, in the city of Porto opens 23 September the exhibition "Celebração" (Celebration) that includes drawings by master José Rodrigues in co-authorship with Raquel Rocha.

This event was promoted by Porto City Hall, ANJE- National Association for Young Entrepreneurs and Indico Capital Partners. ANJE headquarters played host to the meeting that gathered over 100 senior investors for the corporate segment, independent venture-capital fund managers, strategic investors and company leaders.

Sunday, 24 September, Porto Water Innovation Week kicks off. Until the end of September, this event makes Porto the European Capital for Water and Innovation. More than 1200 participants from 60 countries, two conferences, and two display areas for companies and investigation institutes, startups investigation, a cocreation lab and "team building" and the Aquaporto Festival make up the programme.

Serralves Foundation is ready to receive the new season, by celebrating the also known as the harvest season with two full days. The autumn feast will be held this weekend (23 and 24 September) in a scenery of contemporary art and landscape so unique in this institution in the city of Porto. The entrance is free.

Three young high school researchers from Porto represent Portugal in the European Union Contest for Young Scientists (EUCYS) final, 22 September in Tallinn, in Estonia. These students have created a macro-algae natural based fungicide, named Corallina sp. for inhibition of microbial growth and thus fight the Pathogen, Phytophthora cinnamomi responsible for causing the ink disease in several forest species.

Porto City Hall as prepared a series of events regarding the celebration of European Heritage Days, starting 22 September till 24 September. These events are themed "Heritage and Nature".

The choir Ensemble Vocal Pro Música, conducted by José Manuel Pinheiro, performs Sunday, 24 September, in Quinta de Bonjóia. Free admission, but subject to room capacity.

The "Benefits of Yoga in early childhood" is the topic of conversation for 21 September, at Quinta da Bonjóia, in Campanhã. This informal gathering starts at 9.15 pm under the Cycle of Health and Well-Being municipal programme Serões da Bonjóia - Get-together Porto Style. Entrance is free.
