Erasmus+ Group Work prepares STEAM Project in Porto jointly with the Conservatory of Music

Teachers and students of the Erasmus+ Group Work, from countries such as Belgian, Slovenia, Greece, Italy and Sweden, together with the Conservatory of Music of Porto, which is the host institution of this meeting, are in Porto to present the STEAM Project, a pedagogical methodology that uses Science(S), Technology (T), Engineering (E), Art(A) and Mathematic(M), to materialise learning objectives.

The exhibition themed "Recent Work" by Mark de Paola is on show at Leica Gallery Porto till 5 January 2019. This exhibit is the consequence of years of artwork production by the American photographer and it features portrait, landscape, artistic nude, and dead material.

Tim Ingold lectures on anthropology, art and a sustainable world in Porto

Tim Ingold, Emeritus professor and Anthropologist of the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, will deliver a lecture at Palacete dos Viscondes de Balsemão, located at Carlos Alberto Square, at 2.30 pm. The lecture is titled "Art and Anthropology for a Sustainable World". This event is entrance free, subject to room capacity.

A stunning museum to visit in the city of Porto is the Museu Romântico. Visitors can enjoy a free tour to the exhibition "Vivências quotidianas".
