Porto's brand new skatepark has just been inaugurated

Porto City Hall invested circa 150 thousand euros and now Porto has a new and modern skatepark, at Ramalde Sports Compex. It is already open for business as of 24th November.

Porto-Beijing route with Royal Air Maroc, starting on 16 January 2020

Another airliner is to strengthen its flight operations in Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport; Royal Air Maroc (RAM) will open transcontinental flights to the Porto-Beijing route, with a stopover in Casablanca, starting 16 January 2020.

PDB presents "Black Box. Stories of the future" at Rivoli on 4th December

The conference themed "Black Box. Stories of the future" is presented on 4th December, at Rivoli, with sessions starting at 5pm, 8pm, 9.30pm and 11pm. This event is held in the scope of Porto Design Biennale and approaches the development of digital culture in design, curated by Isa Clara Neves and Jorge Figueira.

Expedia Trends in Travel 2020 just released its new list of the best vacation spots based on flight demand and Porto is spotlighted as the "place to go" in Portugal.

UNESCO published the Culture|2030 Indicators, on 19th November 2019. This announcement was made during the Forum of Ministers of Culture at UNESCO Headquarters in Paris, France.

Land on the Moon with Porto Planetarium
