Les Misérables on screen at Campo Alegre

The film "Les Misérables" is a 2019 French drama film directed by Ladj Ly. It premieres at Theatre Carlos Alberto, on 20th February. This film won the Cannes Festival Grand Jury Prize, in 2019 and The Goya Award for Best European Film, in 2020. It was, also, one of the nominees for The Academy Awards, more popularly known as the Oscars, for best foreign film.
