Everyone is invited by the Municipality of Porto to the Programme "Days with Energy", featuring free Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and the DeRose Method outdoor sessions. Some activities have already kicked off but there are still plenty of sessions to profit from. Activities are access free. You only need to wear comfortable clothes.

This Sunday, join the "Corrida do Dragão" [Dragão Race], scheduled for 8 September, by the Dragão Stadium. The competition comprises a 10 km run and the organization's goal is to gather 10 thousand FC Porto supporters.

Everyone is invited to join in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and the DeRose Method free sessions till September ends, as the Municipal Programme "Days with Energy" offers outdoor sessions in different venues all across Porto, be it at the Gardens of Palácio de Cristal, the Park of Covelo or the City Park.

Students from FEUP-UP will represent Portugal and Europe at the e-Sports & Music Festival Hong Kong, the 2019 League of Legends International College Cup, which takes place from 26 to 28 July in Hong Kong.

When the sun goes down, on 27 July, put on your running shoes and go mingle with superheroes. The starting pistol is set for 9.30pm. This year theme for the Night Race in the City Park of Porto is superheroes and comic books. This is an 8K race and both the starting point and the finish line will be located near the Queimódromo. Participants can choose to run individually or in a group.

Handball season in Porto concludes on 21 July with the final stage of the regional competition of beach handball at Estádio de Praia, from 9am till 7pm.

The Open Carlsberg Padel competition 2019 is back in Porto this month, from 18 to 21 July. Registrations to the Padel competition set a new record high, with 370 duo registrations - a new record - but only 330 duos were accepted to enter the tournament, as established in the regulation.

Porto plays host to the Porto Open 20th edition, from 22 to 28 July at Monte Aventino Sports Complex. The best of national tennis players and some promising international players of this sport gather at Porto Tennis Club. The 2019 tournament matches will be played on hard courts, which is a novelty this year.

FC Porto will parade in Porto to present the new equipment for the 2019/20 season, on 13 July, at Gomes Teixeira Square, next to the Reitoria of the University of Porto.
