On 4 January, Chef Susana Martins, specialist in Baking and Pastry management is the first to welcome visitors to the initiative "Chef no Bolhão": Chef Martins will prepare vinaigrette octopus with cherimoya and pea puree. Dessert includes small red berries wrapped in puff pastry. Delicious or what? Show up at 11am, entrance is free.

This is a must-see concert in Porto, on 28th December: Marta Ren and the Matosinhos Jazz Orchestra take to the stage at Aliados, as of 10pm. Access is free.

The last day of the year, revellers welcome 2020 at Avenida dos Aliados, in front of the Porto City Hall, featuring incredible live music and entertainment from headlining musicians Miguel Araújo (00.20am) and Tiago Nacarato (10.30pm).
