Porto Blues Fest takes over Porto on 18th and 19th May

Porto Blues Fest will literally make you cry the blues on Friday and Saturday evenings, next 18th and 19th May, by the acoustic shell in the Gardens of Palácio de Cristal. Pat Cohen, Tatanka and Chino & The Big Bet, Budda, Maria João and the invitee Pedro Abrunhosa will take over the stage to make you sing or dance the blues for this 2nd edition of Porto Blues fest.

In Spiritum 2018 Festival brings together music and heritage in Porto in May

In Spiritum 2018 Festival makes Porto a city of music and heritage. From 19th to 23rd May, early music will link heritage and audiences across the city of Porto. The festival features musicians Jordi Savall, the Castilian is an important figure when it comes to rediscovering early music, and the American Jed Barahal, living in Porto, who will play the cello that belonged to Guilhermina Suggia to perform Bach's music.

Klein takes the understage at Rivoli on May 19th

Women's Run raises awareness for breast cancer in Campanhã

The EDP Women's Run takes place on May 20th, with a race track entirely set in the district of Campanhã. The fundamental aim of the race is to raise awareness on Breast Cancer and promote physical activity in the female population. Eighteen thousand women have already registered, but the goal is to reach twenty two thousand applications, plus two thousand than last year's edition.
