The passion of the game pictured by designers from the 32 competing countries in the World Football Cup

Exhibition on football themed posters will be on show in the Main Hall of Porto City Council from 14th June to 15th July, to celebrate the World Cup. Designers from the 32 countries competing in the World Cup in Russia, were invited to represent the feeling of the "game".

Brazilian theatre company, Aquela cia., premieres performance "Caranguejo overdrive" on June 12th, in the context of the Fitei 2018, the International Festival of Theatre of the Iberian Peninsula. The Gardens of Palácio de Cristal play host to the third edition of Porto Beer Fest. The event runs from Wednesday, 13th till 16th June. Porto and seven other European municipalities set up SynchroniCity open call, from June 1st 17:00 CEST to September 30th 17:00 CEST. Manchester, Helsinki, Milan, Antwerp, Carouge, Santander, Eindhoven and Porto are the partner cities in this call, whose main goal is the creation of digital services and solutions by entrepreneurs and developers to improve the lives of citizens and grow local urban economies.

Lorde headed the NOS Primavera Sound Festival 2018 Porto and stated that she experienced a unique and emotional welcoming in the city. World Cup Matches screened live in the Cordoaria

From 14th June to 15th July, the world Cup Matches will be screened live in the Cordoaria. Porto City Hall, will set up the perfect conditions to watch all the football matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia. The venue is the Amor de Perdição Square, in front of the Portuguese Photography Centre, with a giant screen.
