The thrill took over the audiences, when cars such as Renault 4L, Renault Alpine, Fiat 131 Abarth, Porsche 911 Carrera, Ford Escort 2000, Opel 1904, Ford Cortina Lotus, Ford Escort 2000 or Datsun 260Z speeded up throughout the 1.95 km racecourse.

Similarly, to 2016, Belgian Thierry Neuville was the fastest at Porto Street Stage, on the second day of the Rally de Portugal. In front of a crowd of more than 100 thousand people, Hyundai's pilot not only delivered a real show, but he also consolidated first place on the global leader board.

Tomorrow, Porto downtown will be the centre stage of Vodafone Rally de Portugal 2018. The World Rally Championship pilots go into action. Thousands will be expecting the thrill of this race, accommodated in the stands, specially built for the race (and almost sold out) and also in the free access spots throughout the racecourse.

In Spiritum 2018 Festival makes Porto a city of music and heritage. From 19th to 23rd May, early music will link heritage and audiences across the city of Porto. The festival features musicians Jordi Savall, the Castilian is an important figure when it comes to rediscovering early music, and the American Jed Barahal, living in Porto, who will play the cello that belonged to Guilhermina Suggia to perform Bach's music.

Klein will go on stage at Rivoli, on May 19th, starting at 10.30 pm, featuring her latest work "Tommy", released in 2017, with a music genre that defies labelling, as she recreates new music based on the melodies of 1950s pop music and '90s R&B.

The sculptural set, titled "Três metáforas de árvores para uma árvore verdadeira" [Three methaphors of trees for a real tree"], created by sculptor Alberto Carneiro and "planted" at the São Domingos Square.

Futebol Clube do Porto is the Champion for the 2017-2018 season. The party to celebrating the title will begin from early afternoon and promises hours of fun and entertainment right into the evening. Giant screens will be placed at Avenida dos Aliados to broadcast the last match of the National Champion, to be played in Guimarães. At nightfall, the wining team is hosted by Porto City Hall.
