Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is the place to be for the Textile Trade Fair and Exhibition, in the framework of the Modtissimo salon. This is the only textile event to be held in an airport, and it brings together circa 6000 buyers.

Porto City Hall will take part, for the first time, in the MIPIM, the most influential international property event that brings together professionals from all sectors, in Cannes, famed for its international film festival but also for this event held every year in March. This year marks MIPIM's 33rd edition and the event is organised from 12 to 15 March.

Students of the Colégio Luso Internacional do Porto (CLIP) organise the Oporto Model United Nations conference, on 28 February and 2 March, with the support of Porto City Hall. Over 300 youth in about 18 schools in the country and in the world will take part in the event.
