The successful DJ and producer of Porto, Dayo pays a tribute to the city where he was born and raised, and he made a video to prove it! "Good Love" is the telling title of the single and the video was shot during the most critical period of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is about fighting back and resilience.

The entire July offers poetry, music, dance and debates to the MHNC-UP's yard, from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 9.30pm. Entrance is free (by the Jardim da Cordoaria).

If you are into listening and appreciating music, know that the Municipal Vinyl Audio Room of Porto City Hall (Fonoteca Municipal de Vinil da Câmara do Porto) is set to open to the public and the inauguration is scheduled for the end of September, along with the start of the upcoming cultural season in town.

The Casa Comum of the University of Porto reopens today, 22nd June, after being closed for over three months, under the lockdown to stop the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Starting at 6pm, the casa Comum inaugurates two exhibitions and offers a piano concert, at 6.30pm. Entrance is free, but previous appointment is mandatory, subject to room capacity under the pandemic preventive measures issued by the DGS.

The virtual Porto Cartoon exhibition, featuring circa 40 caricatures of José Saramago is on display at the Art and Spot Gallery, in Porto, at Alameda Shop & Spot, during the month of June.

The National Theatre São João (TNSJ) invites for virtual guided tours, till 31st July. This is a remarkable opportunity to learn about the theatre from the perspective of reputed personalities of the theatrical sector, namely António Durães, Emília Silvestre, Nuno Carinhas, Francisca Carneiro Fernandes and Eduardo Paz Barroso, or even the architects Luís Soares Carneiro and João Carreira.
